Google Calendar, a web tool created by Google, enables users to organize, manage, and monitor events effortlessly. It can also be synchronized bidirectionally with the CRM system calendar, offering a consolidated view of your activities.
To enable Google Calendar Synchronization:
- Click the 'Sync with Google Calendar' button at the bottom of the screen.
- At this point, you'll be prompted to grant access permissions to your Google Calendar. Select the Google Account you want to sync with.
- Grant access permissions to your Google Calendar to complete the synchronization setup.
Note: every CRM user that wants to synchronize his Google Calendar to the CRM need to perform the steps described above.
