We will review each of the options found under the Multimedia tab:
Drag a Picture element from the main menu. After the element is placed, you will see the following panel, which will allow you to add an image to the page from several sources:
Gallery: Select an image from Simbla's Image Gallery. In the gallery, you can find pictures by category. Some of the pictures must be purchased.
Upload: Upload pictures from your computer.
Web: Upload an image from a URL.
Explanation: To upload a picture from a URL, right-click on the picture and choose "Copy image URL".
Then, paste the URL in the required field:
You can change the image size as you wish, create a link to it and write any description you deem proper. Finally, click "Finish".
Note: Images might appear automatically cropped when uploaded, to show the optimal size of the image suitable for display across devices. (You can choose to keep the image at full size, but it might not be as responsive to screen size change as the cropped image would.)
My images: Here you can find all the images you have uploaded and used on your website.
Note: After uploading an image and publishing your page, you may notice text appear on the image as you roll over it with your mouse. To get rid of this text, simply click on your image to edit, and under “Image Title,” remove the written text.
