From your eCommerce admin, click “Orders” on the left.
This is your list of all customer orders, which you can manage and edit as you please.
You can use the search form to filter your orders by order number, user account or order status. In this tab you can view:
- Order number
- Date the order was placed
- How the order was paid for (credit card or through PayPal)
- Which account the order was placed from
- The subtotal (pre-tax) and total amount the order came out to
Under the “action” tab, you can open each order’s individual page.
Here, you can see further details about the order, such as which products were ordered at what quantity, and the customer’s shipping details. You can also add comments to the order if you wish.
