eCommerce Accounts

Here is a list of your customers’ accounts. You can see their first names, last names and email addresses, and you have the option of filtering displayed accounts by searching according to any of these criteria. 

From your eCommerce admin, click “Accounts” on the left.



Under the “action” tab, you can open each account’s individual page. 


View all of the customer’s past and present orders, including order numbers, status, means of payment, and amount paid.


From there, you can again click the “action” tab next to any individual order under “Recent Orders”, and this will take you to a new page.


  • Here, you may view additional order details such as product, quantity and sum of the order. 
  • Shipping information can be found on the right-hand side, with the order status and option for adding comments under “Status and Progress” on the bottom of the page.
